Corporate Wellness Programs
Sai Ayush Ayurveda Hospital works with employers and HR teams to plan structured workplace wellness programmes and corporate health camps in Hyderabad. Programmes may include employee health education, optional individual screening, general lifestyle guidance and appropriate follow-up, depending on the agreed scope. Every proposal is customised around the organisation’s objectives, workforce profile, venue, schedule and operational requirements. Programme coordination is handled from Sai Ayush Ayurveda Hospital, KPHB — call +91 81423 28080 to speak with the programme team.
Corporate wellness formats
Workplace health-awareness session
A clinician-led educational session for employee groups. The topic, duration and presentation format are agreed with the organisation in advance. Topics may cover general daily routines, healthy eating habits, appropriate activity, workplace ergonomics and responsible self-care. Educational sessions do not diagnose individual employees or replace medical consultation.
On-site corporate health camp
A planned workplace event that may include individual consultations or basic screening components agreed in the proposal. Participation should be voluntary, with appropriate privacy, consent and referral procedures.
Structured employee-wellness engagement
A multi-session programme may combine group education, optional individual consultations and agreed follow-up. The duration, frequency, team, venue, inclusions and charges are determined after the organisational needs discussion.
What may be included
Initial HR discussion
A planning conversation with the authorised HR or administration contact.
Workplace-health education
Agreed education sessions delivered to employee groups.
Optional consultations
Individual consultations with informed consent, where included in the proposal.
Lifestyle guidance
General diet, hydration and daily-routine guidance.
Basic screening
Screening parameters where clinically appropriate and operationally available.
Referral guidance
Clear guidance when an employee needs individual medical evaluation.
Aggregate summary
A non-identifying programme summary for the organisation, where agreed.
Review meeting
A discussion of participation and future programme requirements.
Treatment is not delivered as a group protocol
Clinical treatment should not be delivered as a blanket group protocol. Any employee requiring individual treatment must undergo appropriate assessment and receive a separate care recommendation.
Optional specialist modules
Ayurveda education
General education about traditional Ayurvedic routines and preventive-health principles may be included. Individual Ayurveda treatment, medicines and Panchakarma require separate clinical assessment — see individual Ayurveda consultation.
Naturopathy education
General sessions may address practical diet, hydration and daily-routine principles. Naturopathy procedures remain part of the dedicated Naturopathy service and are not automatically included.
Movement and ergonomics
A Physiotherapy team member may provide general workplace ergonomics or safe-movement education. Pain assessment, rehabilitation and treatment plans remain separate Physiotherapy services.
Yoga and relaxation
An appropriate group session may include gentle Yoga, breathing awareness or relaxation. Yoga classes and individual Yoga Therapy remain separate Yoga and meditation services and require their own suitability process.
How the programme is planned
Organisational needs discussion
The Sai Ayush team discusses the organisation’s goals, workforce size, venue, preferred date, shift patterns and requested programme format with an authorised representative.
Written scope and proposal
The proposal specifies deliverables, programme team, timings, employee capacity, venue responsibilities, equipment, pricing, payment terms, data handling and cancellation terms.
Employee communication and consent
The organisation and Sai Ayush agree on registration, voluntary participation, privacy notices and any information employees should bring.
Programme delivery
The confirmed education, consultation or screening activities are delivered according to the agreed scope. Employees who need further evaluation receive appropriate referral guidance.
Programme review
Where included, the organisation receives an aggregate summary of participation and non-identifying programme observations. Future activity is discussed separately and is not automatically prescribed.
Employee privacy and employer reporting
Individual health information must remain confidential. Employers should not receive an employee’s diagnosis, medicines, consultation notes or individual results without the employee’s explicit consent or another valid legal basis.
Any HR report should normally contain aggregate, non-identifying information such as participation numbers, session delivery and broad educational themes. Reporting on small groups or categories that could indirectly identify an employee should be avoided.
Safety and programme limitations
Participation in individual screening or consultation should be voluntary. Employees should disclose relevant diagnoses, medicines, pregnancy, recent surgery and other important precautions directly to the clinical team. No employee should be advised to stop or change prescribed medicines through a group programme. Workplace wellness is not an emergency, occupational-health or fitness-to-work service, and does not replace an organisation’s emergency plan, occupational-health provider, employee-assistance programme or health insurance. Acute symptoms and medical emergencies require appropriate emergency evaluation. Outcomes such as reduced burnout, better sleep, higher concentration, lower absenteeism, improved productivity or reduced insurance costs depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed by a corporate wellness programme.
