Sai Ayush provides assessment-led Naturopathy care in Hyderabad as a supportive part of an individual treatment plan — coordinated, where clinically appropriate, with Ayurveda, physiotherapy and ongoing conventional medical care. It is not a substitute for emergency treatment or essential prescribed medicines.
Available at KPHB and Madinaguda, subject to appointment and practitioner availability. Madinaguda provides outpatient and day-care services only — inpatient care, when clinically recommended, is available only at KPHB.
Book a Naturopathy ConsultationNaturopathy is a broad system of supportive care that uses selected lifestyle, dietary, movement, relaxation and nature-based measures. The exact plan should depend on the person's diagnosis, medical history, medicines, nutritional needs, mobility and treatment goals.
Naturopathy is not one single treatment. Evidence differs substantially between individual components and health conditions. A recommendation appropriate for one patient may be unsuitable for another.
Naturopathy traditionally emphasises food, daily routines, physical activity, rest, yoga, water applications and other non-drug measures intended to support health.
Some components — appropriate nutrition, graded activity, relaxation techniques and selected mind-body practices — may support health or symptom management. Evidence for other modalities is limited, mixed or condition-specific. Broad claims that a therapy “removes toxins,” reverses disease or works for everyone are not established.
Naturopathy is positioned as supportive care. The practitioner reviews the patient's health status and coordinates with the Ayurveda and physiotherapy teams when relevant. Patients should continue prescribed medicines unless the prescribing clinician advises a change.
Not every service is suitable for every patient. Availability and selection must be confirmed after consultation.
Practical guidance on meal patterns, hydration, sleep, activity, stress and daily routines — adapted for diabetes, kidney or liver disease, allergies, pregnancy and current medical advice.
Gentle, supervised practices for mobility, stress management and general wellbeing, adapted to age, balance, pain and cardiovascular health.
Selected warm or cool water applications for comfort and relaxation. Temperature, duration and method require screening, particularly for reduced sensation or vascular disease.
Used selectively as supportive measures only — not described as extracting toxins or curing disease. Open wounds, active infection or skin sensitivity require caution.
Where available and performed by an appropriately qualified practitioner.
May complement — not replace — a physiotherapy assessment and graded rehabilitation plan for pain, stiffness, weakness or reduced mobility.
An Ayurveda physician may assess whether classical Ayurvedic treatment or Panchakarma is appropriate. Naturopathy does not automatically require Panchakarma, herbal medicines or a detox programme.
When strength, balance, gait, joint movement or functional recovery is a concern, a physiotherapy assessment may be recommended, with a structured rehabilitation plan where appropriate.
Bring current prescriptions and relevant reports. Naturopathy should not delay investigations, surgery, emergency care or medically necessary treatment.
Adults seeking professional guidance on lifestyle routines, nutrition, stress management, sleep, gentle activity or supportive care alongside treatment for a diagnosed health concern.
Suitability depends on clinical assessment. Naturopathy does not cure diabetes, hypertension, obesity, arthritis, neurological disease, cancer or any other condition.
Tell the practitioner before treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, a bleeding disorder, reduced skin sensation, active infection, an eating disorder, recent surgery, open wounds, or take anticoagulants or other long-term medicines.
Fasting, restrictive diets, heat/cold applications and invasive procedures are not appropriate for everyone. Children, older adults and medically frail patients require particular caution.
Possible effects depend on the therapy and may include dizziness, dehydration, fatigue, skin irritation, temperature-related injury, worsening pain or symptoms, low blood sugar, bruising or infection. Stop the session and inform the care team if you feel unwell.
"Natural" does not mean risk-free. Do not stop, reduce or replace prescribed medicines based on website information or advice from an unqualified source.
Do not wait for a Naturopathy appointment if you have chest pain, signs of stroke, severe difficulty breathing, fainting, uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, persistent vomiting, confusion, a severe allergic reaction or rapidly worsening symptoms. Contact emergency medical services or visit an appropriate emergency department.
Symptoms, diagnoses, diet, activity, sleep, stress, bowel habits, mobility and treatment goals.
Bring current prescriptions, supplements and recent medical reports.
Precautions are identified, and whether another doctor or physiotherapist should assess you first.
If appropriate, a practical plan covering selected therapies, frequency, home guidance and review dates.
The plan is changed or stopped if it is not suitable, symptoms worsen, or further medical evaluation is needed.
No specific therapy, number of sessions or result should be promised before assessment.
Consultations and supportive outpatient care by appointment. If closer observation or coordinated inpatient care at KPHB is required, eligibility is decided separately after physician assessment.
Consultations and suitable outpatient/day-care services by appointment. Madinaguda does not provide inpatient admission.
Please confirm practitioner and therapy availability when booking.
No. Continue prescribed medicines unless the clinician responsible for them advises a change. Share your complete medicine and supplement list during consultation.
No. They are distinct systems. At Sai Ayush, selected Naturopathy measures may be coordinated with doctor-guided Ayurveda and physiotherapy when clinically appropriate.
No healthcare intervention is risk-free. Safety depends on the therapy, practitioner, patient health and correct screening. Some patients need modification, deferral or referral.
Not necessarily. Restrictive fasting and “detox” programmes are not routine requirements and may be unsafe for some people. Any dietary change should follow individual assessment.
The number and frequency depend on the selected service, treatment goals and response. The practitioner should explain the proposed plan and costs after assessment.
It may be possible. Coordination is important so that recommendations are compatible with your diagnosis, physical capacity, medicines and existing treatment plan.
To discuss whether supportive Naturopathy care may be appropriate, request an appointment at KPHB or Madinaguda. Bring your current prescriptions and relevant reports so the team can assess you safely.
