Kshara Karma for Hemorrhoids (Piles)

Instead of surgically cutting piles, specific chemical-surgical alkaline pastes (Pratisaraneeya Kshara) are applied topically to the internal hemorrhoidal mass, causing the piles to shrink and fall off naturally within days, typically with minimal bleeding and without hospitalization.

Agnikarma (Thermal Cauterization)
