● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.
● Processing may take slightly longer during festivals, sales, or high-demand periods.
● Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message and tracking details via SMS or email.
2. Shipping Timeline
● Within Hyderabad & Telangana: 2–4 business days
● Rest of India: 4–7 business days
● International Shipping: Currently not available

3. Shipping Charges
● Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
● A nominal shipping fee of ₹50–₹150 may apply to smaller orders based on delivery location and package weight.
● Any additional taxes, customs, or duties (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Blue Dart to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
