Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sai Ayush Ayurveda Hospital (KPHB & Madeenaguda) strives for transparent, patient-friendly bookings and payments. This policy covers consultations, therapy sessions (Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy), prepaid packages/memberships, and in-patient (IP) services.
Quick Timelines (At a Glance)
• Consultations (in-person/online): cancel or reschedule ≥ 6 hours before the slot
• Therapy sessions (Ayurveda/Naturopathy/Physio): cancel or reschedule ≥ 12 hours before
• Group classes/workshops: cancel or reschedule ≥ 24 hours before start
• Prepaid packages/memberships: full refund within 7 days if unused; pro-rata if partly used
• In-patient (IP) deposit:
≥ 72 hours: 100% refund
24–72 hours: 50% refund
< 24 hours: non-refundable (except documented emergencies
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Details)
Doctor consultations (in-person/online)
• Allowed up to 6 hours before the confirmed slot (IST)
• After this window: no refund for late cancellation/no-show
• Goodwill: one complimentary reschedule if requested within 48 hours of a missed slot (subject to doctor availability)
Therapy sessions (Ayurveda/Naturopathy/Physio)
• Allowed up to 12 hours before the slot (IST)
• After this window: 50% fee applies or one session forfeited (if part of a package)
Group classes/workshops
• Allowed up to 24 hours before start; after that, seat is forfeited
Refund Timelines (How Long It Takes)
Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
1) Raise request: within 7 days of the scheduled service date/purchase
2) Review & approval by Sai Ayush: within 2 business days
3) Refund initiation by Sai Ayush: within 3 business days after approval
4) Credit to your account (bank/payment partner): typically 5–7 business days thereafter (up to 10 in rare cases)
Note: Payment gateway/convenience fees are usually non-refundable. Cash refunds are not issued.
Prepaid Packages & Memberships
• Unused (cool-off): full refund within 7 days of purchase if no session has been availed
• Partly used: pro-rata refund for unutilized sessions after:
– Re-pricing utilized sessions at stand-alone (non-discounted) rates, and
– Applying a 10% admin fee on the refundable balance
• Transfer/hold: one-time transfer to a family member or one-time hold (max 60 days); fees may apply
• Validity: unless mentioned otherwise, packages are valid for 6 months from purchase
In-Patient (IP) Deposits & Procedures
• ≥ 72 hours before admission/procedure: 100% refund (less non-recoverable third-party charges)
• 24–72 hours: 50% refund
• < 24 hours: non-refundable, except documented medical emergencies/force-majeure (case-by-case review)
Third-Party Bookings & Insurance
• If booked via a third-party platform/corporate portal, cancel and seek refunds on the same platform; their timelines/policies may apply
• Insurance-linked services follow the insurer’s terms in addition to this policy

• Services already rendered (completed consultations/sessions)
• No-shows and late cancellations beyond defined windows
• Payment gateway/convenience fees
• Promotional/complimentary or expired sessions
• Government/third-party charges we cannot recover
