Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sai Ayush Ayurveda Hospital, we value your time and aim to provide the best consultation experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before making an online consultation payment.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

● You may cancel your online consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation time are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

● Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.

● One-time rescheduling is allowed per consultation booking.

● Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Cancellation by Sai Ayush Ayurveda

In rare cases where the consultation is cancelled or delayed by us due to doctor unavailability or technical issues, we will offer you:

● A rescheduled appointment at your convenience
OR

● A 100% refund, processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing

● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via Razorpay to the original mode of payment.

● No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

● Refund status updates will be shared via SMS/email.

5. No Refund Conditions

No refund will be issued for:

● Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment)

● Missed appointments without prior intimation

● Unsatisfactory consultation outcomes due to limited/shared information
